I bought a course on a previous version of this site or a live training. Where is it?

If you bought a course (or courses) at previous versions of this site (Ultraculture University or the live trainings conducted through Anymeeting), don't worry.

We're integrating all of those signups into this much more professional and streamlined version of the course site.

If you bought courses through Ultraculture University or Anymeeting, you should have received an e-mail from us with codes to add your previous purchases to this site. All you have to do is create a new login, and re-purchase the courses with the coupon codes we've provided. They will be re-attributed to your new account for free.

Hopefully this doesn't cause too much hassle. We think you will appreciate the incredible speed and functionality of our new platform.

If you DID NOT get a code for a course you already took, please open a support ticket through this system and we will make sure that you are re-added ASAP!

    I have not received a coupon code for the subscription of enrollment all the courses purchased at $49/month. The transaction of payment with my bank has been verified with both my bank and somewhere in Magick.me. I have not been able to gain access to my courses.  To add I don't seem to be able to use the same password to sign up/sign in with my android, as I have currently used on this PC. 

    If this is the issue preventing access into my courses, please send an email of coupon codes. 

    Otherwise, please respond as to the status of my enrollment.

    Incidentally, I noticed that a ticket was sent in a previous email regarding all the above mentioned issues.  I've changed my password 20 times so that doesn't seem to be the issue. I don't know if I'm supposed to open another ticket or if this constitutes the same ticket.
