Introduction to Magick Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend for any reason, you can contact us to have somebody else take your seat. To do so, contact support at least 7 days before the event to transfer your ticket. A $30 fee will apply. Previously transferred and complimentary tickets are not eligible. If you are unable to attend but do not wish to transfer your ticket, you can contact support to convert your ticket to a non-refundable credit for Magick.Me courses that must be used within one year of the original date of this event. Some restrictions apply. Complimentary tickets are only usable for the event they were issued for, are non-refundable, and are not eligible for credit conversion. Once the event begins, customers seeking a refund should contact support during the first event break. Refunds are only authorized during the live event. You must have attended the live event up to the first break, and request your refund from support during the first break. At your option, we will apply your tuition to any Magick.Me course, or send you a full refund. Complimentary and transferred tickets are not eligible for refund.
