I can't find a course I bought

You probably aren't logged into the account you bought the course from. Make sure you are logged in to the right account!

If you have trouble, you can request a password change by entering your login name in the "login" section and requesting a new password.

    Hi my name is Heidi Tsai, I submitted two requests for tech support or some type of help in understanding why I paid $49/month for the subscription package which supposed to allow me to go into any of the courses, no I didn't log into another of your site's, yes I have changed my password several times logged in, enrolled signed in; my bank says u took tye payment, your site tols me with the little red box that I verified, I haven't heard anything for 3 days so cam someone please work on it or respond with an explanation. I've been over here meditating and recording dreams for almost a week,which is healthy anyway but I need to know what's going in with why I don't seem to be enrolled when I know I did and I have two parties verifying that it is so.

    Hi. My name is Brett Gamston. I've submitted help for tech support as I've paid the discounted Equinox rate (offered via email) to get a month's access to all the courses. But upon trying to login I get a message saying my name and password is not recognised. Your site has taken payment from my bank account three days ago. I also didn't receive confirmation of my subscription even though you have taken the payment.

    Can someone please tell me how to log in and access the courses?
